- Do I pay for delivery? How much?
If you purchase an artwork for regular price - the delivery is FREE.
If you bid on our reverse auction and we reach an agreement - delivery
will be added to your order. In the latter case we cannot offer free delivery
since the price was downbidden. The delivery price may vary from country to
country, it also depends on size or weight of the artwork. For example, shipping
and handling for the particular painting in USA (oil on canvas, medium size of
about 20x35 in) can be estimated from USD 95 (East, USA) to 135 (West, USA).
- Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
YES we do. If you are not satisfied, then you may return the artwork within
10 days and we will refund the full amount of your purchase less shipping and
handling. You will have to pay for the return shipping and the artwork must be
returned in its original condition and packaging via UPS or EMS, to our office
in San Diego, CA, USA.
- How long does it take to deliver the painting I order?
It normally takes about 10 days to deliver worldwide. However, it may also depend
on the painting you ordered and some local custom rules. After we receive your
order and confirmation of payment we send the artwork to you during 72 hours.

- What about international orders?
We accept orders from all over the world. We send with first class post services
such as UPS or EMS. Post Office box address cannot be shipped to; we must have a
street address for delivery. If you pay by Credit card you must provide your
billing address as well.

- Can you ship my order to an address different from billing address?
This service is available for our permanent clients. If you are first
time customer - contact us.

- Do I receive the painting framed?
For safety reasons and to keep the shipping cost under control, we ship
most of the orders unframed. Most of our clients prefer to purchase frames
from Local Art Supply Shops in accordance with their preferences and
environment the painting is going to. If you want to have frame with the
painting, we can select and purchase it for you in consideration of your
opinion. We can also recommend
Graphik Dimension Ltd.
(our favorite) and
American Frame Corporation
as sources of inexpensive custom frames.
In any case we do not ship artworks framed with glass to avoid damages.

- How do you deliver large paintings?
Paintings that have one size more than 120 cm (48 in) are delivered rolled
without subframe. You need to contact your Local Art Supply Shop to put the
artwork on the subframe.

- What type of confirmations should I expect once I placed an order?
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we
have received your order. You will also receive a second email when your order has
been shipped (you will receive more than one shipment confirmation email if your
order is fulfilled in multiple shipments). Please save these email invoices for
your records. You can always check the status of your order by login into
Order Status personal pages.
