Art Foundation "Elegance" debuted on-line in 1995 with its headquarters located in St. Petersburg (former Leningrad), Russia. We changed name to Art Foundation "Beloved City" in 1998. The Foundation collected information about artists and nationally important objects in need for restoration, as well as humanitarian projects awaiting funds for their implementation. To consolidate this activity our Foundation has established Patrons Club, scholarships for talented art students and numerous exhibitions.

The Foundation has also established the Artistic Board for providing expertise to guarantee the consumers rights on art market. Artworks have been acquired, attributed and passed through the experts. The Foundation has been contracted to conduct international presentations and exhibitions.

Here is a list of selected exhibitions and art shows we have participated in or organized during recent years: monthly exhibitions in UNESCO Center in St. Petersburg (XVIII century tapestries of Peter The Great, batik painting on silk by Yana Tolmacheva and Ilya Artsebashev, exhibition of young painter Mikhail Nekrasov, exposition devoted to Pushkin, exposition devoted to flowers, exposition devoted to St. Petersburg city, watercolor by Sergey Zakharov, Eastertide exhibition "Temples of Russia" and others), Irina and Anatoly Rubtsov personal exhibition, Vladimir Tabanin personal exhibition, exhibition in Nankin Art Academy in China (May 1998), exposition in Shanghai (May 1998), China Art Expo (we won IIIrd place for our exposition of 210 paintings of 20 artists), Ruben Zakharyan exhibition (organized together with Armenian Church), personal exhibition of Vladimir Proshkin, exhibitions in Dresden, Berlin (Germany, 1999-2000) and in Ireland (Dublin, 2000), exhibitions of Elena Faiko and Lisa Mikhailova in Gallery "Pegasus" (Oregon, USA, 2001).

Even though we have focused primarily on art exhibitions and other cultural events, the online sales of paintings grew each year with the growth of World Wide Web and overall confidence in e-commerce. To improve access to our main markets (North America and Western Europe), we moved headquarters to San Diego, California (USA). This development opened a new page in the history of the Foundation. Our new name "ECA Technologies" (ECA stays for "Elite Contemporary Art") implies that e-commerce technology plays now a dominant role in our business. We also provide network consulting services and web development expertise for other businesses.

Almost all our artists are professionals graduated from Art Academies and Art Schools. They have participated in many international exhibitions and their paintings have been sold through well-known auction houses. We act as a fully authorized contracted agent for all our participating artists. We provide guarantees of the quality and technological compliance for the presented artworks. We focus on Contemporary Art, - works of artists of XXth century and nowadays. ECA Technologies also accepts B2B (Business-To-Business), wholesale and custom orders.
