Alexander Sheltunov

Alexander Sheltunov was born in 1951 in Komsomolsk-on-Amour, Russia. In 1966-1970 he studied at the Fine Arts College in Irkutsk. Since 1982 he became a Member of the Union of the Artists of the Soviet Union.
